MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
This is a very collaborative model that can result not only in lower effective rates, but can act as a preventative measure, helping client and lawyer spot legal or other issues that may otherwise have gone overlooked. In addition, the Monthly Subscription model allows me to get to know your business with greater familiarity over time without the worry of the proverbial ticking clock, since we are regularly communicating. Monthly Subscriptions can also serve as a sort of "trial balloon" for a client who may be considering Virtual General Counsel services or the Concierge billing model.
How it works
For an agreed-upon monthly fee, you and I will have one or more monthly conference calls or Zoom meetings, plus up to an agreed upon number of hours each month for legal services. If you desire, Monthly Subscription can include Zoom meetings or calls with you and your accountant or other advisor.
